Refund and Return Policy
At Mangamunch.in, we aim to provide you with a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you may need to return a product. Please take a moment to review our Return and Refund Policy outlined below:
Returns
Returns are only accepted if the courier didn’t reach the customer or the product arrived in a damaged condition.
Always take a video while opening the parcel, which will be considered as proof. Claim your return within 3 days of receiving the parcel. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Crumbled Funko boxes are not considered as damaged condition as long as the product is intact.
Refunds
Customer needs to courier us back the product. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 to 5 Business days.
